Rental Information & Guidelines

At Dumpster Rentals Fast, LLC, we believe in keeping things simple and upfront. There are no hidden fees—ever. Below you’ll find everything you need to know before booking so there are no surprises along the way.

Standard Rental Details

  • Rental Period: Every rental includes 7 full days. Need more time? No problem—additional days are just $20 each.

  • Weight Limits: Each dumpster includes a set tonnage. If you go over, the fee is $70 per ton (plus tax). For example, 2 tons over would be $140 + tax.

  • Prohibited Items (Tires & Appliances): Dumpsters cannot be used for tires or appliances. If they are placed in the bin, a $100 fee per item applies.

  • Fill Line: All dumpsters have a clearly marked “Do Not Fill Past This Line.” Overfilling creates safety issues and adds an $70 charge.

  • One Material at a Time: Each dumpster should contain only one type of debris (for example: all construction materials, or all yard waste). Mixing materials may result in extra disposal costs.

  • Placement Requests: You can request a specific placement spot for your dumpster. Please note—we are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property due to the weight of the dumpster or truck. Planning ahead is key.

Accepted Materials

We can safely take the following:

  • Rocks & Dirt

  • Shingles

  • Pallets

  • Concrete

  • Drywall

  • Scrap Metal

  • Wood

  • Glass

  • Plastic

  • General Household Garbage

Items We Cannot Accept

Certain materials are prohibited by law or disposal facilities. If these are placed in a dumpster, additional disposal fees will apply:

  • Propane Tanks / Hot Water Tanks

  • Kitchen Appliances

  • Car Batteries

  • Paint / Asbestos

  • Medical Waste or Biohazards

  • Solvents, Liquids, or Chemicals

  • Equipment Containing Gas or Oil

  • Tires

  • Oil Cans / Drums

  • Air Conditioning Units

  • Televisions

  • Explosives or Highly Flammable Materials
